Unlike previous blanket subsidies, the BUDI95 system introduces a phased rollout. This allows different groups such as Tentera, STR recipients, and the general public to start at different times, making the transition smooth and manageable. 1. Tentera and Police: First to Access BUDI95<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Members of the armed forces (Tentera) and police are the first to enjoy BUDI95. Their access begins on 27 September 2025, ahead of other groups. This priority rollout ensures those serving in national defense and public security can benefit immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
